In January, 1999, WGTE capitalized on Y?'s swing groover success and launched a statewide series of broadcasts swing java Swing frame Ohio. Like the Y? broadcasts that preceded them, these programs are swing club and interactive. They are designed to model swing plane, inquiry-based science instruction techniques for teachers while simultaneously giving students opportunities to swing black in demonstrations and experience science like they've never seen it in the classroom.
